Of those choices I’d probably go Philly, but Cincinnati does well for its relative size with Xavier and UC (also Dayton and Wright State if you go that far out).

I voted other as RDU/RTP has:
Duke
UNC
NCSU
NCCU
this doesnt meet the arbitrary thing of "5" but easily fits in the "best" quality as 2 of those schools alone has 11 championships

^^^ Kind of a stretch to have Charlotte claim those teams.

RDU is tough to beat on this

Philly has had a long tradition in college hoops and a really good run lately with Nova

LA also has had some special times and some good squads

DC and NYC seem to locked to one program mostly and when they are good

the rest are much less consistent on the list

I also agree on Cinci with Xavier and the Bearcats a lot of tradition and success

Phx with AZ and Az State have had some good squads

most places beyond seem to have only one key school with any consistency

BTW Philly has a 6th in Drexel

I would also add Rutgers to NYC

Princeton is sort of in the middle of NYC and Philly, NYC CSA so could add there but sort of close to both, moreso than the Charlotte offerings

Another is Pittsburgh, esp if you include WVU along with Pitt and Duquesne

Of the list I would have say either LA or Philly - but RDU is the real winner

Slightly off-topic but I don't want to make a new thread for it-
Austin Rivers played 34 games for Duke, and blocked only ONE shot.
