The Conference Finals that is , if this isn't the Cavaliers year, don't know if they'll every win a championship!
There are 3 teams in the east right now capable of beating the Lakers in the finals. Orlando lacks playoff experience, this will hurt them, but in another year or three....wow....they are going to be awesome.
Boston healthy is still the team to beat...but Cleveland is so close. The east is going to be some incredible basketball to watch even before the conference finals as the 2 and 3 seed is arguably a finals calibre matchup.

I agree, I think the Cavaliers get a big edge having home court throughout though, especially vs. the Celtics as the home team has won the last 15 games between the two. I think the Magic can give the Celts a run for their money though in Round 2.
The east has come a long way, Miami-Atlanta should be a good 1st round match-up, and as good as Orlando is, if they playoffs started today, they'd be up against Detroit who seemingly has had their way w/Orlando the past few years; granted the Pistons aren't the same old Pistons, but I think they could make that an interesting series as well if they indeed meet. The 76ers & Bulls also have some good young players as well. I'd like to see Charlotte find a way to surpass the Bulls so I could possibly see the Cavailers in person in Round 1, but the Bobcats schedule is brutal over their last 8 games - 6 on the road starting tonight in Boston.

Orlando would biotch slap Detroit this year. Remember, this a Detroit team that had roughly lost more games by the allstar break than they'd lost all of the previous year.
But hey, maybe Iverson would be all healthy by then so he could "take over the game" and score 25pts. on 9-27 shooting.
MILWAUKEE - Kobe Bryant rebounded from a rough shooting night to hit his first seven from the field and score 30 points, Pau Gasol had eight of his 15 in the fourth quarter, and the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Milwaukee Bucks 104-98 on Wednesday night.
The Heat defeats the Bobcats 92-97, Miami heading to the Playoffs.
