yeah NCR moved, but i doubt most of the people will move. Wright-Patt(airforce base) has increase their jobs by about 1000 and it is likely to get a new mayor and solve most issues next year

The NBA is fine with 30 teams. The only sport that could expand and be fine would be the NFL. If you were talking about relocating teams then cities like Las Vegas,San Jose,Louisville,and Kansas City would be the top choices. From what I gather the Kings,and the Grizzlies would be the 2 prime choices.
