Basically, yeah...if I have a guy shooting 60% he is going to get as many touches as he can handle.
What are you thinking?

You give him more touches and he starts missing more. You think Shaq is the magic formula? - so did Kerr, and you both wrong

No, Shaq isn't a magic formula...the problem with Pheonix just wasn't their offense and they lost what little defense they had.
If you look at their repeated playoff exits to the Spurs you will quickly note that they basically just abuse Nash with Tony Parker...game over.
It is patently ridiculous to have a guy shooting 60% and respond that more touches is a bad idea. Hey, maybe they can trade Shaq for Iverson
It won't matter though. It doesn't matter if they get Shaq more touches or not the team is incapable of beating any good teams let alone the great ones. Nash is insanely over-rated...generally by people that don't appreciate that he is arguably the worst defensive point guard in the league. He is a giant bulls-eye for opposing offenses. Too many people look at inflated run-and-gun stats from the regular season...it doesn't translate to good opposition and play-off defense.

They HAD it - If they kept Thomas, Marion, Bell, Diaw, DAntoni - no one could stay with them - they are done now

Time to start over - get rid of Shaq - bring back D'Antoni, Bell, Marion, Diaw

Nash is a much bigger problem than Shaq...but in general, yeah...it's time to rebuild.

Cmon, Nash is the real heart and soul of the team - his only prob is he has to rest his back a lot

Hey, Nash is a good guy...he runs the offense well but he is SO bad on defense and that describes pretty much the rest of the Suns sqaud. No D.

I agree. Nash is a very good point guard. He makes salary cap max money.
His defensive deficiency is the only thing that I feel make him not one of the best players in the league. (He is easily one of the 2-3 worst players to ever win an MVP award)
What Tony Parker has done to Nash in the playoffs over the past couple years would almost qualify as grounds for divorce if Eva Longorio wanted to file.
