Im 6 feet tall, and while I can touch a 10-foot rim, the highest I can dunk on is around 9 feet 5 inches, and not exactly a clean dunk. Ball tends to bounce around the rim some.

I'm 5'6" and I can dunk on 9.5 ft high ring just barely though. Last time I checked my vertical leap is in the low 30"s

i'm 6'4, and it honestly depends on what kinda day I'm having... I can put both of my hands over the rim (though, it takes wwaayy more effort these past few years) I'd say my dunk to miss ratio is about 1:10 so I don't try often during games, and the ratio is the same whether I go up with my right hand, left hand, or both hands.

I'm 5'8, and when I was in my "hayday" lol if I caught the ball coming off the rim with the right timing I could dunk. Other than that I'm guessing a little over 9 and a half inches. I use to have skills and tons of energy until I met mary Jane. That was all she wrote. BTW, I am 29 years old now.

When I was 18, I could dunk on an 8.5' and I'm 5'5 (was at the time as well. When I had my knee surgeries, I quit basketball all together since it was so hard to keep up without my knees locking up. If I tried to dunk again, I doubt I can barely jump but I have managed to get my speed up to par.

When I was 17-18 I could jam with one hand on a regulation goal with a running start from the left wing. I'm 6'2", but now middle aged with bad wheels.
