Gilbert Arenas has been such a disappointment... just like T-Mac. Those guys are so talented but fragile as balsa wood.

Are you attributing Arenas' and MacGrady's lack of success to their history of injuries? Bill Walton makes those two look like the picture of health, yet Big Red won 2 championships in the seasons when he was in good health. The reasons are much deeper than simply injuries.
