Default Was this year Laker team better then any from the 80's Showtime era?
I don't think any of the 4 championship teams from 2000's were better then the Showtime teams of the 80's. Those Laker teams had so much talent that played with so much teamwork, they were like a well oiled machine.

Not even close those to those in the 80s. This Lakers team would also get whacked by the 2000-2003 Lakers' teams.

TominLasVegas is on a distinguished road
the 80s Lakers would have destroyed any of the 4 Laker title teams from the past decade. Magic Johnson alone would have killed them.
