Down 35 points to the Bulls in Chicago during the 3rd quarter, the Kings pulled one of the great comebacks in NBA history, defeating the Bulls by 4 points.

Remarkable game to watch, biggest comeback I personally have seen in the 50 years I've been watching basketball.

That is a remarkable turn around though not so much for a second half. I used to follow the Kings when they had a great coach Adelman & players like Bibby\ Webber.

A rally from 35 points down with 8 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter was just amazing to watch. I kept seeing them slowly crawl back, and when they got the lead to just below 20 it was like the Bulls panicked.

The comeback was led by their 20 year old rookie, Tyreke Evans. He is just plain fearless. His game has some flaws, but he has nerves of steel. Joining him was Jason Thompson, who was their only big guy on the floor, and fellow rookie Jon Brockman, along with journeymen Beno Udrih and Ime Udoka.

The Bulls are terrible, and coached like a junior high team, but the Kings still deserve a ton of credit of course. From a bulls fans eye---I just hope this leads to the firing of Vinny Del Negro as our coach. It was the most remarkable comeback I have personally watched since the U of I comeback over Arizona in the elite 8 a few years ago.

While I think the whole organization needs an overhaul, firing Del Negro is a good place to start. He was still playing his starters with a 35 point lead at the end of the third.

If James Johnson is so terrible, why draft him with your first round pick? If Pargo, Gray, and Hunter are so terrible, why are they on an NBA roster? The team blows. Firing Skiles, drafting Ty Thomas over Brandon Roy, signing Deng over Ben Gordon, etc= Epic Fail.

And I'm secretly concerned about Derrick Rose's killer instinct, or lack thereof.

I think it goes a little deeper than just coaching. Blowing a 35-point lead in eight minutes requires a full team effort. And I wasn't referring to the Kings!
