You, me, twista and nevergoingback are tied for last with 9 points. All three of you have a "higher possible points" total than me though.

It's ok, I'm in two other pools. I'm in second place in another one.

It's not THAT big of a deal.

In fact I am an alum of Old Dominion - I will be happy if they wreck my bracket and move on. If they win, I can go and see them play in the regionals.

Thanks to the magic of the scenario generator, I'm happy to report that I will comfortably win, providing my only loss from here on out is Purdue over Siena. Whew..., was beginning to worry a bit there.

I always get " pumped" by trying to pick the upsets in the opening round.

But the fact is, those games are only worth 1 point.

The big points come getting the right teams picked for the Final Four ( and, of corse, picking the champ correctly)
