I don't see the purpose of Lebron sitting out so many games when he can just play less minutes. Even Michael Jordan played every game until the playoffs back in the 90's. I can see sitting out the LAST GAME of the season but to not play in the last 8?

Really pissed me off when they sat Lebron out for the Bulls and not the Raptors.. Really makes a mockery of the game.

It kind of irritated me too, b/c I'd rather have seen the Raptors play the Cavs than the Bulls in the 1st round.

That said, after seeing Bogut & Bosh go down w/injuries, hard to argue w/the decision when they have nothing to benefit from in the final 4 games - note to the OP, Lebron did not sit out 8 games, even if he sits out the finale in Atlanta Wed. it will have been 4 - if LBJ plays and gets hurt, everyone is going to be coming for Mike Brown's head. And truthfully, Toronto had an opportunity to control their own destiny by beating Chicago last night. They still have a chance if they can beat the lowly Pistons & Bricks as I'll be surprised if the Bulls win both of their remaining games against Boston & Charlotte - both playoff teams -since they still hold the tie-breaker over Chicago.
