It is premature but there's a 50\50 chance it will be the Lakers vs Celtics final. The way Boston so easily put away Cleveland and then won in Orlando yesterday makes me believe that they will be a fierce opponent for the Lakers [or Suns]. I think the Celtics have a better than 50% chance of taking the championship away from Los Angeles.

A bit? You mean extremely. The Suns are going to give the Lakers more trouble than you think. I really enjoy how people overreact from a game 1. I'm going to go out on a limb and GUARANTEE the Suns win game 2 and I'm not a Suns fan. I really doubt Kobe will have another game like that, back to back.

I must ask, exactly how much is your GUARANTEE worth..? ...and Kobe can't have back-to-back games like that..? Perhaps you need to look at the last five games he played, over 30 points in all four Utah games, and 40 in the first Arizona game...
Think with your brain, not your heart...!

There is a big difference between a 30 point and 40 point game. Kobe has thrown down 30 point games plenty of times. Kobe hit alot of shots awesome last night to get those extra 10. If those shots hit rim instead, that is 10 less Laker points and probable Sun rebounds. Say the Suns score 3/5 times with those extra 5 possessions? That is 6-9 points right there. Take away Kobe's extra 10 points + Suns 6-9 points, the game becomes alot more competitive.

You forget that Gasol had 21 points and that Odom had 19 points and 19 rebounds. The team is more than just Kobe... and when he struggles with his shot he shifts to being a facilitator for his team. Not to mention the Suns just don't have anyone who can guard him.
