"most"

Again, not a lot of people currently or want to live across from a freaking prison.

I'm not saying people necessarily want to leave near a prison at all, but people do, and the area is growing.

Doesn't seem like a big difference to me. And Dutchtown is on the same road as the prison, Hwy 74. If I had a huge problem with living near a prison (which I don't, guess I'm one of those crazy people), 2 miles and 5 miles doesn't seem like it would make much of a difference. After all, seems like on the rare occasions when people break of out prisons they often end up more than 500 miles away from the prison. But what do I know, right?

But for the sake of the OP, I'm ending this petty argument. I want to make sure she knows we aren't all disagreable and unpleasant. Have a good one.

I remember vividly when Prairieville was a sleepy country town.
I havent been there in years though. Used to go around there chasing the hot air balloons and my Godparents have lived there for decades.
