Default Need Townhome info

My husband and I are moving to BR from Florida and we have to be there by June 25th. So this coming weekend we are making a trip to look around for a house to rent but I have to find something this weekend so I thought as a backup plan we would look at Townhomes, I don't want to live in a apartment or condo. We are in our mid 40's so I would like something that is quiet and pet friendly. My husband is going to be working near Highland and Terrance street so idealy I would like to be no more than a 20 minute drive for him home. I really don't want to spend more than $1300 for a Townhome. So my question is some where are some gated Townhome communities that are not so college oriented that I could go look at this weekend.

Thank you for any help with my move.

Try the Lakes at Bluebonnet Townhomes. Here is one listing. Ignore the others on this list. I'm only familiar with Lakes at Bluebonnet.
