We are moving there from Mobile, Al.
It seems to me that there are many (newer) houses (compared to here) that have foundation problems that cost 10 to 20K to fix. Why are there so many? What causes it? If the foundation is fixed, will the problem come back? Even if it is fixed will it affect the re-sale cost in the future?
Sorry so many questions, but here it is rare to see so many homes for sale that have foundation problems.
