I know it is nice subdivision, but is it considered a safe part of town? Would I feel safe walking in the neighborhood after dark?
Thanks. |

I have friends that live there and they are very happy there. They have a 5 year old child and they walk every night after dinner. Me, I personally do not like that whole area, but I live of Airline towards Prarieville and love it here.

Off of O'Neal...
Nice mansions in the back of the subdivision... HOA dues... I would say that this subdivision is pretty safe. |

I am coming there next week and will aslo go check out the area out by Highland Road & Bluebonnet. Is that a good area? Seem like there alot of nice homes on the MSL out that way. |

Hi, I just saw this thread (so the reply might be a little late). Centurion Place is a really nice subdivision tucked away off of O'neal lane. We live in the back where the houses are between 0-15 years old -- it's so quiet! And you get a lot of bang for your buck. Our neighbors drive around in golf carts, and the neighborhood kids (and adults) are out and about on their bikes or walking --it feels totally safe because there is only one way in to the neighborhood and no outlet. It's almost like living in a gated community. We don't pay dues, because we are not part of the association -- so it's not required. We are being relocated later this year and really hate to leave because we had planned on starting a family (this is the perfect neighborhood for it). Hope this helps -- Good Luck!
