Looking at a rental house at Ardenwood and Government -- how is this area? Also, what about the Garden Dist.?

Ardenwood at Government should be fine. It's near Our Lady of Mercy Church and School as well.
I could live there.

It's so so because Mall City is a few blocks away once you cross Florida Blvd. Garden District gets lots of break ins and burglaries, and is right at the doorstep of poorer neighborhoods.
