I see the announcement for a Perkins Rowe location. But I can't find anything else online concerning it. So I can't be certain whether it was postponed or delayed or what.

No one mentioned Juban's restaurant. Maybe because from the outside it doesnt look like a restaurant at all. But once you go throught the two sets of double doors you are in a special place. This is possibly the best restaurant i have ever been to. Its somewhat pricey but since it was on a company dollar, who cares, haha! Anyways, i had the stuffed shrimp and my co worker had gumbo and we were both amazed. The service was great and friendly. Would definately eat here again and i hope locals give this place its proper respect.

Also, went around LSU's campus a little bit and it looked pretty nice, school was getting back in so the visit to Office Depot provided lots of co-eds picking up supplies which was entertaining as well.

There are so many outstanding places to eat here in BR, that it is easy to forget one. That has to be in the top 3; I've been meaning to go but I'll have to wait for a special occasion. I hope you enjoyed your stay.
