Default Corp housing advice needed

I am needed to chose between a few corporate apartments and hoping you can give me your opinions. My family (husband, I and our two year old) will be there for four to six weeks and would like to be in a community that is good for being out walking/ playing outside with our daughter. Places we can walk to would be great as well. Safe and upscale are appealing!
Here are my three-
1) Enclave at Cedar at Cedar Lodge (off Corporate Drive behind Reserve at Cedar Lodge).
2) Tuscany Villas (off Mall Drive near Siegan)
3) Southgate Towers (near LSU off Nicholson)

they all look nice but it is difficult to tell the neighborhood/ immediate surroundings - any comments will help.
Thx!

Not sure abt the others BethO but The Enclave at Cedar Lodge is a really nice area. Upscale shopping and dinning.

Southgate Towers. Too much like an overpriced hotel overrun by rich college students. Personally a failed attempt by RW Day to get into condominiums.

(1) New apartments in an upscale area, with lots of more upscale retail enarby
(2) I'm not crazy about Siegen because of the traffic and the presence of some less than desirable apartments between the Academy and Perkins
(3) Probably OK, but they've overbuilt in that area. Not only will you be living near students with wealthy parents, but the retail in that part of town is kind of limited.

We looked at all those about a year ago.
Enclave at Cedar at Cedar Lodge would be my top choice. You have a ton of stuff to near by in a nice area with upscale dining and shopping.
Ditto on what the others say about Tuscany Villas & Southgate.

Welcome to the area!

With the Enclave you have Towne Center and City Place all nearby. Plus Bocage is an upscale part of Baton Rouge.
