Default a place to earn certificates (career)

Im moving to louisiana, baton rouge and am contemplating a career change also. Besides going to school for mba, I also want a backup plan. So my backup plan is to see what's available, and earn some kind of certificate for job prospects. I dont know what my backup study is, but I want to see what is available.

Is there a type of school that offers varous classes in awarding various certificates? would I need to look into a community college? If so, which one?

The Louisiana Technical College, Baton Rouge Community College... maybe.
I'm not really sure what you're looking for.

There's Delta College. Not sure what they offer. Camelot College? I've heard of that one.
Places for med programs such as MedVance.
Our Lady of the Lake College.
