Mutli Family Property Requirements
We are looking to relocate to the Baton Rouge area from Mississippi with my in-laws. And we are wanting to buy some property (1-5 acres) with a conventional home or mobile home already on the property, and we want to add a single wide mobile home on the property for them.
What are the restrictions and/or the requirments for a mutli family set up like this? Does it depend on the parish? Is there a minimum of acreage to do this? Any info or recommendations to where to find out any information would b greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.
