Yep, its official. There's an amazing bus ride spanning 3 LA cities that is headed to the Beau Rivage Casino on the Mississippi shoreline. The bus starts in Lafayette, stops in BR then stops in New Orleans. When it gets to New Orleans, there is a "Board the Bus" party where all the riders collected along the way eat and drink till their heart's content before heading to the Casino.
I love this ride because it's the best ever! Meet all kinds of new people from different places. And get this, it's only actually $10!!
The cost of the ride is $25, the casino refunds each rider $15 upon arrival so you end up paying only $10. But then you eat jambalaya, manchu chicken, etc and get liquored up before the bus leaves New Orleans. So that in itself has definitely been worth my $10.
I think the next bus ride is scheduled for Sat, Aug 29, 2009. I can't wait to go, I had sooooo much fun on that bus and Beau Rivage Casino lets the players win!!!!!!
