A vacation rental in June will be at premium prices. There are a number of property management companies in Bend. When we moved here, we used one to rent a nice apartment for a couple of months until we could move into our home. We did have some utilities put in our name but the account just transferred over to our home when we moved. You can go online on the yellow pages and look up Property Management. You can also go on Craigs List, but be very careful. There was just an article in the paper the other day where realtors found their listings of homes for sale were being "rented" out by scammers from other countries who had stolen their advertisements.

Thank you, we are doing just that and have found a reputable management co. I have noticed some suspicious responses to an add I placed on craigslist and didn't feel comfortable.
