Which realtors' sites show up when doing an internet search? (Honolulu: for sale by owner, real estate)

Hey I'd like to ask some help of the "regulars" here, as well as visitors (please note this is being posted in Feb. 2013, so it is a time-sensitive question as the info will get outdated).

I'm interested in knowing which realtors' internet sites readily show up when doing a search of "property for sale". [If needed, it would be for Hawaii Island, priced under $290, fee simple residential home.] I'm not looking for a house, I am looking to see which realtor has a good internet presence.

Besides my own searches, I'd be interested seeing what shows up for others. [NO, I am NOT a realtor.]

Did you get a feeling that one realtor stood out in their internet presence, based upon the sites that popped up? Clark seems to be first on both your lists, but does that also translate into them having a user friendly site?

Again, I am doing my own homework too, but also looking for opinions on what others experience.

I use hawaiilife dot com. It brings up the entire multiple listing for the whole state.

I would work a bit harder to choose a real estate agent to use, but that site will allow you to browse by price, location, and property type.

Cyber - what are trying to do? Any realtor or realtor site thanks ranks higher in a search engine just means they had a good web designer good with keywords and linking - and/or know all the other tricks to get ranked higher - or may even pay for ranking - it doesn't really relate to how popular the site is unless it is getting clicked from other sites.

whtviper1, I am trying to see which realtor(s) have a decent internet site, with the thinking that if a potential buyer does an internet search for Big Island property, a realty company's site should pop up as a result of the search. Why do I care? Because I am thinking of listing property for sale, and am doing realtor interviewing as well as some homework on who has a "good site". It used to be those real-estate-for-sale magazines were important, but that has been replaced by a good internet presence.
