Does anyone know what the white foam is on the water.... I noticed it real thick coming ashore last month when I was trying to swim in Kona by the old airport beach area. Is it safe? Flush twice to send the waste out further ? Educate me.

I think you'll find the answer in EPA reports about water pollution in shoreline areas.
