Hawaiian Language (Honolulu: schools, university, live in)

I posted this is the main forum but received no replies. Please help me out

Aloha, I'm Brittany , originally from Honolulu but now I live in Florida. I'm an anthropology major at University of South Florida doing a study on Hawaiian language revitalization.

Now this survey is for all born or raised in Hawaii, long term residents that have gone to school in the Islands.

You DO NOT have to be Hawaiian to answer these. It is more if the Hawaiian language has been in your education or apart of your family life.

1. How did you learn Hawaiian?
2. What other languages do you speak?
3. How well can you speak Hawaiian?
4. What do you use in a professional setting?
5. What do you use at the home/with family?
6. What do you use with friends*?
7. Do you use pidgin?
8. how many do you know that know how to use Hawaiian in a conversational setting?
9. are you comfortable with your Hawaiian?
10. How many generations of your family have lived in Hawaii.
11. Are you native Hawaiian or another ethnicity, if so what? (You may say other if you do not want to disclose)

You would probably have better success reaching out to Hawaiian Language Schools, University of Hawaii - or simply using Google with the phrase of "Hawaii Language Speaker Survey" (of which there are plenty, rather than the small popluation of people on this forum which probably isn't going to give you a statistically significant sample size anyway).
