We used to have 2 bakery outlets on the same street and now they are gone. Where can I find bakery outlets near Homewood or anywhere in the Birmingham area? Thanks.

There is one on Hwy 150 between Hoover and Bessemer. And there is one way out here in Calera, on George Roy Drive near the big RV place. None of those, of course, are near Homewood.

Thank you all. The one on 150 isn't that far. We can zip out Shannon Rd.

We drove out to Hwy 150 yesterday but couldn't find the bread store. What is it near? Thanks

It is just west of where Parkwood Road intersects 150. So if you come down Shannon Road, turn left toward Hoover, and it will be on your right. If you get to Parkwood Road, you've gone too far. If you get to Lake Cyrus, you've definitely gone too far.

It is a Flowers Bakery Thrift. Address is 2000 Highway 150 35022.
