Default Leeds housing

I'm thinking about purchasing an apartment house in Leeds, AL. Does anyone know about the rental markets and price of rentals there?

I would think that the rental market is okay in Leeds. B'ham has a strong market right now. I hear rent rates are going to go up so either way you win. Good luck.
