My friends own a home in Bessemer (Brighton), and are members. I remember going to a Christmas gathering at their house (which was so elaborately decorated), and there was a meeting in progress. All of the people seemed really friendly.

I can not remember what I paid for my water meter (Bessemer Resident as well) but it was not that much, but trust me, if you have a sprinkler system, the meter will pay for it's self in the first year! Also, when you have it installed, have a water bib installed that will work off that meter as well, for washing your car.
