How is this area around 6th Ave SW
I am looking at the 900 block of this area. I see there are lots of foreclosures but not many rentals around. Would I be able to attract ok tenants here? I ask about this area since there are some houses in decent shape for very low prices but just not sure if my tenants would be not bad or more trouble than it's worth. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks

Titusville is kinda bad news. The area just south of that around sixteenth street Baptist church is mostly old people and is kind of quiet. But you are on West End's doorstep and things are subject to jump off at any given time around there. Just going to a gas station, grocery store or anything around there can be dicey. Luckily, Princeton is just around the corner if you get shot or stabbed.

It's not quite as bad as some make it out to be (you can go to the grocery store, gas station, heck take a walk down the street, you'll be fine it's not freaking Baghdad) but it is bad enough that if you aren't used to dealing with leasing in a low income/higher crime area you'd best leave it to the experts.
