No. They are still working on the I-22 interchange with I-65 and hwy 31. Late 2014 is the anticipated completion.

However, it's not that big of an inconvenience. 78 (Soon to become I-22 upon linkup) is about a mile shy of 65, and awaits the construction of a monster interchange.

So if you're heading to Memphis, you take 65 north from downtown, get off at Daniel Payne Drive, turn left, drive one mile, and take a right at Coalburg Road. You'll climb a hill and, three minutes later, you're at 78.

^^^ what he said. It's going to be 2014 before the gargantuan interchange is complete. But until then, little windy Coalburg Road will do the trick.
