im so freaked out i live in oregon and my mom just bought a house in alabama!!whats it like?iv never even been there!! please anyone who has or is living or ben to bama coment this i need advice desprately!!!

Well, let's see. We're all racists rednecks; in fact, it's a state law that all residents sport mullets. We all drive jacked-up trucks with oversized tires. All schools have mandatory tobacco chewing classes. The only restaurants are all-you-can-eat buffets and you can't leave until you've made five trips to the food bars. The roads are only 2 lanes (interstates included).
We have kerosene lamps because there is no electricity, and there are no shoe stores - we don't wear shoes here in Alabama.
