Smile Recommendations for apartments in Leeds or Anniston area

Hi gang,

Thank you for all of the information you have provided so far. My hubby and I decided that he will rent a 1 bdrm apartment in the Anniston area until the family can join later in the year. We picked Anniston because that is where the company put him up for the interview and the commute was good to Talladega. We need recommendations on specific areas, complexes, etc. We are looking to spend no more than $600 because we still have a mortgage to pay in GA.

Also, when the FAMILY makes the big move. We are looking to rent a house in Leeds. I am convinced from the feedback that the school system is more promising for my oldest daughter who will start kindergarten in the fall. Anyway, the budget is no more than $1500 for a 4br house. Is this realistic and how do I go about finding one? If not, what is the going rate? The internet has scarce info about rentals.

Thanks so much!

you should be able to find anything you want for your price range. It just will depend on what is available. Look at al.com on for rentals.

I saw one house for rent in Leeds on only $950

Leeds doesn't have a good school system. Try Moody for a better public school. It's right next to Leeds, so you'd be in the same general area.

Yes, Moody schools are better than leeds schools, and they are so close to each other, it's hard to tell where one ends and the other begins....
