I am looking for a new doctor. I prefer someone who speaks english as their native tongue. (as in at least a 3rd generation born in the USA) I just want to know we understand each other. I want a male who is in a private practice, not part of some group. Maybe a partnership but I must see my doctor at all visits unless he is out of town or called away for an emergency. I prefer one who does not take Medicaid if possible.

Are there any still around that practice real medicine these day's?

If a person went to medical school in the U.S., then that means that they had to complete coursework (and residency) in English. Even if they were born overseas, if they successfully completed a med school program and residency that was taught in the English language, I'm pretty sure they are fluent in English.

You obviously haven't been through enough tertiary market hospitals.
