Jero, let me spell this out to you. You tried to compare bham's 1 mile radius to other cities. I simply said that's not good enough of a comparison. You should look at all the other little Bhams around those cities you mentioned. Part of the reason there are vacancies in those cities is because they have places 2 miles out that make up for the one mile.

In other words, in bham when you go one mile away you're pretty much desolate or into suburbia. In these other cities, you go more than a mile away and you're in another section of urbanism (new word).
