Walkable presents an interesting question - that close to shops and stores has definite travel/economic advantages, with corresponding privacy and seclusion disadvantages. Whatever dude, I don't live there and I'm not trying to sell you on it. You asked why it was different or perhaps more attractive to some so there you have it.

I agree. Personally prefer Greystone or Highland Lakes in the area.
