ann price is on a distinguished road
Default Birmingham living

I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment in Birmingham from June 1 through September. The lease will then be up for renewal.

It's a charming 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located in a quaint, upscale area (Redmont Gardens, near English Village in Mountain Brook) that is walking distance to shops and restaurants and convenient to UAB, Southside and Five Points. The rent is $935 which includes utilities. I will email photos if you are interested. Contact me at sjpgroup@bellsouth.net.

I'm going to offer different advice, for a great number of residents in Birmingham tend to congregate in the neighborhoods of South Crestwood and South Avondale. They're about 4 minutes from UAB (If you catch the traffic lights correctly), are affordable, safe, and true neighborhoods. We lived there for 13 years and saw lots of residents come and go, and we never met one who didn't love it there.
