I have always liked Riverview on 280, Nall Daniels in Homewood, and Becker in Homewood.

One of the owners is a close friend of mine. They run a pretty tight ship and are real animal people.

pet vet in vestavia (one block off 31) family owned and operated (mom is the vet, dad runs the shop, sons are employed this summer) lots of return customers evidenced by the relationships I hear unfold in conversations with the clients, took great care of my cat when she was recently injured in a cat fight

Dr. Andy Sokol at Caldwel Mill Animal Clinic. I have known him all of his life. Even as a little boy he was always outside playing with his dogs. He worked in the summer time for Dr. Warren Kent. He graduated from Auburn Vet. School and is about 36 years old. He truly loves animals and is very intellegent.
