Default Lease Purchase for a large home in B'ham area

Greetings all....

My family of 5 is relocating and is doing it in the next week, do not want to buy in a hurry but would possibly look at a lease purchase or rent option. Anyone interested? Our family includes 5 yr old twins and a beautiful 2 year old monster () and need good schools, and a great yard, probably need 4 bedrooms. Would like to try and sign something within 14 days. Nothing south of Riverchase, and not north of Warrior.

Thanx in advance for any help !!

R and J

I suggest Mtn. Brook, Vestavia and Homewood for your best schools in this order. I would call Realty South Euclid Ave. office and see if they have anything in the Crestline area. I suggest a Realtor that works at this office and lives in the area. Her e-mail is pevansward@aol.com You do not want to put your children in any of the Birmingham City Schools-they are unsafe and very poor quality!!!!!!!! We hope this will change at some point.
