Will Birmingham City Ever Gain Population?

The metro area is gaining population all the time. The city itself won't grow until the current political leadership is finally purged of corruption and stupidity.

I think if a positive change in the schools, in crime, and in housing, Birmingham will see a little population gain. As a result, I think that nice housing subdivisions, malls, schools, resturants, and other good places will pop up all of the city!

Well, and the continuing increase in area per capita income and the downtown loft district will make for a more attractive inner city. So there is hope.

The dome will help, as well as the entertainment district.......However, are there still plans to build the "mega mall and the aquarium"?
