DON'T DO IT!!!!!We live in one (not the origianl buyer). They skimped on alot. I HATE the stupid arched doorways (that's their signature).

I know several people who live in a DR horton home. They like it. you have to look at the value you are getting. They may skimp on some things, but you get a pretty good amount of square footage for the price. There are some right down the street from me. What area are you looking at?
