Default Abandoned Homes

Anyone know of any abandoned home or a rental that has fallen into disrepair and lost intrest from the owners for what ever reason.
No homes listed with a RealEstat Ageent for sale. I'm looking for a property that has not gotten to the For Sale point.
Thanks
P.M me or post the address. I'll check it out.
Tom

Any price range, and greater Birmingham area. Bessmer Trussville Leeds maybe as far as tuscaloosa. Abandoned homes won't be in Mountain Brook or Vestavia areas. 20 mile radius!
Thanks for the intrest
Tom

3212 Avenue F, property has been empty about 2-3 years, probably needs a lot of work.

Default Homes

MrVulcan, I have three rental homes in east lake that I have been trying to unload. I would be willing to sell all three or just one. They do need some repair.

Go to the courthouse and look for properties delinquent on tax payments. I have a friend that makes a living off the industry.
