What kind of town is Helena?
Is it more of a middle class town or an upper class town?
The town looks like it would be expensive, I was looking at some houses online just out of curiousity and they seemed to be very affordable and very nice looking.
I drove through there a couple months ago and I thought the town looked so nice,I loved it.

It is nice until you face rush hour traffic. Infrastructure has not caught up with residential development:>(

However, one will quickly learn the back roads to avoid the traffic mess.

30 years ago, Helena was a poky little country town that also happened to be the county seat. We have friends who bought in a fairly new subdivision...we couldn't understand why they moved so far from Birmingham.
Now, of course, the place is packed. You can find about any kind of house you want there - cheap up to McMansion.

the town looked really nice, kinda like a hidden gem, I like the rural feel of it.
