Default Someone please help....chelsea schools/neighborhoods
Someone suggested the community of Chelsea.

How long a commute to Tuscaloosa down 59 from Chelsea? I know nothing about this area between Bham and Tuscaloosa. What side of Chelsea to live if commuting to Tuscaloosa daily? Schools? Please someone advise.

Chelsea to Tuscaloosa would be a wicked commute. Getting up 280 to 459 is bad enough, but then 459 to 20/59 to Tuscaloosa is easily an hour. Even if you leave quite early (6am) it still might take you 1-1/2 hours. What is it that is drawing you to Chelsea? If you'll let us know, maybe we can come up with some options closer to Tuscaloosa (McCalla area comes to mind, or even Helena, which has its own commuting issues).
