Alabama Aircraft Industries - Formely Pemco
Hi,
Is anyone familiar with Alabama Aircraft Industries located at the BHAM Airport? I was wondering if anyone has ever worked for them. Thanks.

I never worked for them, but I know a guy that did. If you send me a msg, Ill send you his e-mail addy and you can pick his brain
All I know is he was not too happy there, but that was when it was PEMCO and it was about 6 yeard ago |

Now, now - how familiar are you with aviation in Birmingham and some of the hickups at Pemco? Different position - different answer. |

Even though I was in aviation for 22 years, I know nothing about Pemco other then what I heard. And since what I heard, I did not learn first hand, I felt I should not pass it on.
He did e-mail mail me and I gave him the name of the guy that used to work there. Let him get first hand info. I did tell him that it has been about 6 years since my friend worked there and things may have changed. |
