Canada ranks first in food safety performance, according to the 2014 World Ranking Food Safety Performance report from the Conference Board of Canada.

Tuberculosis funding in Nunavut can lead to positive change

It may seem like tuberculosis (TB) is a disease that plagued Canadians in the past, but in 2012, 1,686 new cases were reported across the country. Seventy-nine of those came from Nunavut, a startling number that represents 234.4 cases per 100,000 people in that territory.
