I may have to find another therapist. Maybe a Black/African American one. I don't think nonblacks understand what I am going through. I just didn't find it helpful and I think someone who has experience or enough knowledge about what goes on in the black community can help me.

I made an appointment with a therapist to get some much needed help. I'll update you all on how it goes
