I'm buying a home and I want to know everything about thomaston ct .. how is to raise a family there ? Where people usually go shopping and how the commute to closest town . Please help !!! Really want to know if thomaston ct is a good place for me to buy my first home .

I'm planning on moving to seymour ct . My husband will commute every day to white plains .. I want to know how is the town and things to do .! How could be easier to commute , metro north or car ?
