Rejected twice by Breaking Ground, for being $3000.00 above maximum. However , my wife and i kept a years worth of expense receipts, invoices, plus we submitted our recently filed 2017 taxes. Which indicated us being below the maximum and above the minimum salary threshold. We are hoping .......waiting on appeal with from HPD. Whom, i am told is somewhat fair.............
