Sorry, but I don't think this is going to happen anytime soon. Is Boise really big enough for TWO lifestyle centers, in this economy?

These centers are not going to be in Boise but in Meridian and Eagle. I have heard the Eagle location is on hold while the developers re tool the plans to make it larger, but the Meridian project seems to be moving forward because the developers have still been working, recently with the city of Meridian and the highway department.

Well, the Meridian project differs from its initial plans. It is more run of the mill shops and even a grocery store now. Nothing unique. The Eagle development was slated to be higher end with shops that haven't entered the Boise market. At first they were pretty similar concepts now they differ just enough I think they could both work when the market improves.
