Default Boise Locals

I am thinking of coming out there between now and November, hopefully I won't run into bad weather. I will be looking for a craftsman/fixer upper house near the downtown, so I can walk/bike can anyone give me some zipcodes I can look up for rentals/or houses in walking/biking distance to the river/or downtown.......Hopefully it won't be as expensive as in CO, or OR. Well, I will have to look at the realtor.com site in the zipcodes u guys provide me, and find out for myself ha? LOL.

Also, are there any propertymanagement companies in the area I can get a list from of available rentals?

I will be flying out there from NC, and hopefully I will be thrilled with what I find.........can't wait.

Just search the internet for the zip code. I don't know the exact downtown zip code. You could look up the Boise Federal Building zip code as I'm sure it's in the heart of downtown.
